The Artists’ Collecting Society (ACS) is a not-for-profit, Community Interest Company dedicated to the collection of intellectual property rights such as the Artist’s Resale Right (ARR) and copyright on behalf of artists and artists’ estates in both the UK and the EEA. Artists and representatives of artists’ estates who are interested in learning about how they could benefit from ARR and copyright royalties should get in contact with a member of the ACS team.
